| The MINISTRY OF ADMINISTRATION Team will: |

Seek, encourage, nominate for office, and support dedicated and enthusiastic leaders who will: Keep the congregation informed; Plan and manage programs which implement the congregation's mission; Provide for ongoing training; Nurture new leaders. |

Develop staff position descriptions and perform regular evaluations of staff; |
 |
Manage current expenses, plan budgets and make recommendations to Session as appropriate; |
 |
Manage the church's website; and |
 |
Maintain church's correspondence and records and initiate audits as needed. |
