The Board of Deacons will perform duties of service delegated by Session such as: Preparation for and serving of communion;Distribute flowers to shut-ins/sick members;Supplying devotional materials;Send Home Touch weekly inspirational letter to homebound members with a devotional & activity page;Sending cards;Scheduling of Door Greeters & Ushers;Preparing funeral luncheons for members of the congregation.Determining the financial support for mission given by the Board of Deacons. |
